CoolChairz.com was created by two individuals who thought that it would be COOL to offer COOL seating products to COOL people at a very COOL price.

They noticed that quality customer service was something that was missing from most furniture websites and wanted to create an online shopping experience where customers can receive COOL Customer Service!

Our team has over 20 years of combined experience in the residential and commercial furniture industry. By capitilizing on relationships that we have built over the years, we are able to bring to our customers only the COOLEST seating products on the market today.

Purchasing and shipping products that are on this site creates an agreement between you (the buyer), this Website, and the site owner, Cool Chairz, LLC.

The information on our site(s) is subject to change without notice, including but not limited to the rules that control the use of the site, By using the site(s) after such changes, you are agreeing to follow and be bound by the terms as changed.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Our shipping is free for most items shipped within the continental United States. Most orders to Hawaii or Alaska will be charged $75 per chair shipping, however certain items may incur additional charges. Orders shipped into New York City are also subject to additional freight charges.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & BACK-ORDERS:

If you item is out of stock we can provide you with an estimated delivery date. We are committed to keeping our site up to date and accurate. However, it is possible for our suppliers to run out of stock or discontinue an item prior to being able to provide us with notification. In this instance, we will notify you as soon as we are made aware that an item is on back order or no longer available. If this occurs, it will be our pleasure to help you to find a substitute item, provide you with a full refund or you may wait until the item becomes available. If you need to have something delivered immediately, please call or email us at any time to ensure stock availability.

SALES TAX:

Orders shipping to destinations within the State of Georgia will be subject to a 7% sales tax.

REFUND, RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:

All returns must have prior approval. Returns must be shipped in the original carton and received in re-sellable condition to receive credit. Please contact CoolChairz for a "Return Authorization Number," the return shipping address and instructions. Return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer unless prior arrangements have been made. Items may NOT be sent freight collect and will be refused and no credit will be issued for the merchandise. You must contact CoolChairz.com within 30 days of receiving merchandise for a return. All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. All returns of more than five chairs will be subject to a thirty-five percent restocking fee. If a product arrives damaged, or we made an error, and it cannot be remedied with replacement parts we will pay to return the item to us and send a replacement to you. If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement, the item can be returned under our standard return policy

DAMAGE:

If items are damaged, OR SUSPECTED TO BE DAMAGED, it must be documented with the delivery company at the time of the delivery. The delivery driver must wait while you inspect. If the driver does not agree to wait, note this on the bill of delivery, WHEN YOU SIGN accepting delivery. NOTE ON THE DELIVERY SLIP before you sign your name, if the box shows any signs of damage on the outside. A few of our manufacturers only make home deliveries that are “curbside” - meaning the driver will not carry that package inside your home. In such a case, if you suspect damage, note your concerns on the delivery slip, insist the package be opened for inspection outside, and if the driver refuses, write it down on his delivery slip and get a copy. In all such damage or potential damage cases, in order to support any potential claim for damages, you must notify coolchairz.com within 3 business days by phone or email.

PRODUCT & ASSEMBLY SAFETY:

This Website neither designs, manufactures or ships any of the products offered or sold on this site, and as such, makes no representation or guarantee about the safety of these products, or, in the case of self-assembled items, about whether purchasers who receive such products will properly and safely assemble these items. Product and assembly safety is solely and exclusively the province and responsibility of the manufacturer, the purchaser, and the shipper. Any suspected damage in shipping must be noted at the time a shipment is received with the shipper, and as stated above, must be described to This Website within 3 days. Assume that suspected damage may create a potential safety hazard and we advise that you do not use the product. Product assembly must be done exactly in conformance with the Manufacturer's written instructions, and if offered, the Manufacturer's telephone assistance.

FAQ's:

CANCELLATIONS Chairs may not be canceled once shipped without prior approval from CoolChairz.com Without prior approval the order will be considered complete and no refund will be issued. Any cancelled order over $1,000.00, will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee. In the event that an order has shipped and you refuse the delivery of your merchandise, please be aware that you will be responsible for the outbound and return shipping costs as well as the re-stocking fee. This amount will be deducted from your return refund. If a product arrives damaged, or we made an error, and it cannot be remedied with replacement parts we will pay to return the item to us and send a replacement to you. If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement, the item can be returned under our standard return policy

FABRICS Some manufacturers provide fabric and leather samples. Please contact Coolchairz.com On-Line to discuss your particular needs, pricing, swatch availability, etc..

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect the merchandise at the time of acceptance. If there is major damage we recommend refusing the shipment. If there is minor damage most problems can be rectified with a replacement part. Please contact CoolChairz.com immediately upon noticing damage.

If you refuse your shipment due to damage please contact CoolChairz.com immediately. In this instance, we will replace the damaged item for you once it has been received and inspected and you will not be charged any additional freight for the replacement item. Credit will not be issued for any item(s) that have been damaged in transit by the freight carrier.



WARRANTY INFORMATION Each of our manufacturers offer warranties that cover normal daily use of the products. Please contact us for specific warranty information on a particular item.
